London Marriott Hotel Canary Wharf

We had a wonderful stay at the Marriott London Canary Wharf. The hotel is located in a lovely, newly developed district with excellent access to public transport and plenty of entertainment options right in the immediate area. The rooms are spacious, beautifully designed, and very comfortable, making it an ideal place for both business and leisure stays. The executive evening reception was a real highlight — elegant, relaxing, and offering a great selection of food and drinks. A special thank you to Fanny Hannisch, the Front Office Manager, for her outstanding hospitality and personal touch. The entire front office team deserves praise for their warm, courteous, and highly professional demeanor. Truly an exceptional experience — We’ll definitely be returning!

I stayed at the London Marriott Canary Wharf last week for a conference held at the hotel. I travelled with my wife and two sons aged 5 and 6. We have travelled quite extensively and this being our first visit to the UK from Australia. Everything about our six night stay was simply exceptional from organizing the stay with Emily prior to our arrival to the check in experience. Our flight arrived early in the morning and the staff got a room for us very promptly! Personal touches from Xavier our porter to Aaron at concierge greeting us every morning and evening and remembering all of our names too! The room was perfect. The housekeeping staff were super polite as were the staff at the breakfast buffet. Location, amenities and service were frankly six-star!! We would 100% return when we visit London next!

I would like to express my heartfelt thanks and deepest appreciation to all of your hotel staff for the exceptional kindness and professionalism shown to me on 12 February. After checking out, I unfortunately realised that I had forgotten a bracelet in my room. This bracelet is extremely meaningful to me, and I was very anxious when I noticed it was missing. To my great relief, a housekeeping colleague had already found it and carefully handed it in. When I returned to the hotel, several members of your team were incredibly supportive and reassuring. I would especially like to thank a colleague from the Client Relations team and a front desk colleague, who were both patient, kind, and efficient in assisting me throughout the process. I would also like to extend my sincere thanks to a member of your security team named Xavier, who was equally professional and helpful. I was deeply touched by the honesty, efficiency, and warmth demonstrated by everyone involved. What could have been a very distressing situation was handled with such care and integrity that it left me feeling genuinely grateful and reassured. This experience truly reflects the high standards and values of Marriott hospitality. Please kindly pass on my sincere appreciation to all colleagues who assisted me that day, especially the housekeeping staff. Their honesty and professionalism made a lasting impression on me. Thank you once again to the entire team. I would not hesitate to recommend your hotel to others and very much hope to stay with you again in the future.

I stayed at London Marriott Hotel In Canary Wharf for Valentine’s Day with my partner and I have to say service was excellent. I requested a Valentine decor decoration in my room and they done it soo nicely I really loved it. I added a little touches in the room and when I needed help. Xavier didn’t hesitate to help me out with the final touches and even got other staff to help me set up the balloons etc. the service was excellent. The view was outstanding; just by the quay. The valentines here was unforgettable, I would stay here again. Thanks Xavier for your service!

I had a fantastic stay at the Marriott Canary Wharf in London. The hotel was exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable throughout. The location is perfect — centrally located with easy access to transportation, restaurants, and everything you need while visiting the city. What truly made the experience stand out, though, was the staff. Everyone was welcoming and professional, but Miguel at the bar was especially outstanding. He was completely on top of everything, incredibly friendly, and made every visit enjoyable. His attention to detail and genuine hospitality really elevated the experience. I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better bartender. Highly recommend this hotel — I will absolutely be staying here again.

My stay at the Marriott Hotel Canary Wharf exceeded all expectations. From the moment you arrive, the service is impeccable and professional (the person at the entrance was so kind, helping us with our luggage and offering us fresh water, which made me feel right at home). The room was spacious, with an extremely comfortable bed and sheets that made you never want to get up. The cleanliness was perfect throughout my stay. Special mention for the facilities: the gym is very well-equipped. The breakfast buffet has an incredible variety, with quality products and options for all tastes. (The breakfast staff was exceptionally friendly, always smiling for me and my family, which made for a very positive start to our day.)

We were fortunate enough to have booked the Marriot Canary Wharf for the last three nights of our UK trip five weeks ago. It is so easily accessible from the Elizabeth line, and the area is beautiful. The hotel staff went above and beyond-especially loved the gentleman working as their concierge . Our room was beautiful..a truly nice sized room. It was very clean and well decorated/appointed/priper. We had a beautiful view..The breakfast buffet was amazing! So darn good and the service was excellent. I enjoyed the gym-it’s quite busy in the morning! The location was great, my husband, who is Platinum, and I had a great time! And the executive lounge was perfect! We loved the snacks and beverages. There were staff members greeting guests in the lobby-everyone we came across was so polite, attentive and kind. Thank you, and an extra special thanks to your concierge. He suggested restaurants, sightseeing, and just was on top of everything. Our son who is at Uni came by one day and he was so lovely giving advice to him. Hoping to stay again soon!

We are here for my husband’s birthday. His present from me is a night in the suite- very nice. Staff are friendly and try to be helpful. If you read my other reviews I hope you will see I don’t go out of my way to criticise. I want to have a nice relaxing time. circumstances seem to be making it difficult for staff to deliver the level of service one might expect. Credit card terminal at check-in not working, - executive lounge which we paid for pretty hopeless as it’s been relocated to a place where the food and drink is kind of disconnected from place where one would want to sit. Finally a mouse has just run past us - which to be fair as we are by water and it’s very cold, is something hard to avoid I think. Having said that the food and wine offer in the “pop - up”lounge is very nice so kind of relaxed now. Breakfast , choice and service also very good. Main reasons for not giving 5 stars would be pretty old fashioned technology in terms of TV with limited channels. Plugs used for hotel stuff on had to unplug things to charge phone etc where I wanted to charge them. Lifts a bit tedious. Noisy air conditioning/ heating.
